Figure 4.  5-aminosalicylate bound to M. smegmatis NAT.  2Fo-Fc electron density contoured at 0.15 e-Å-3 is shown around the active site where the inhibitor is bound.  The amino function approaches the catalytic cysteine, and a false bond is draw between the two.
